True freshman DE Nosa Eguae went through Tiger Walk with a walking boot on his right foot. He was expected to play a significant role in Auburn's opener tonight against Louisiana Tech.
Auburn coach Gene Chizik does not talk about injuries, so this comes as a surprise on game day.
