Former Auburn all-conference defensive end Marquies Gunn was arrested on felony drug charges Wednesday in Alexander City, The Alexander City first reported.
Gunn faces three counts of unlawful distribution after he sold crack cocaine to a task force informant three times within a three- to six-month time period.
The Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force also seized Gunn’s 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe and $1,767 in cash when he was arrested.

I'm shocked that more hasn't been made of Gunn's arrest and the fact that he was selected by the UFL San Francisco Franchise in the inaugural United Football League Draft this past Thursday night.
